Hearing Evaluation

  • Patient Health Information

Consultation After Evaluation

  • Determine Hearing Loss
  • Describe the type of Hearing Loss
  • Go through lifestyle of Patient
  • Pick which hearing device suits the patient best

Dispensing of New Hearing Device

  • Set about half the volume they actually need
  • Educate the Patient on the ins and outs of their Hearing Device
  • Set up appointment for them to come back in a week

Follow Up Visit

  • Answer any questions/concerns they had with their new Hearing Device
  • Adjust devices to better suit their needs
  • Perform any other tasks to better assist the patient

Month Visit

  • Perform Real Ear Measurement to make sure the Hearing Device is really working for them
  • Perform any other tasks to better assist the patient

3 month Regular Cleaning of Hearing Device

  • Otoscopic Exam
  • Deep clean devices to make sure they are working properly and everything is ok
  • Perform any other tasks to better assist the patient

Annual Hearing Test

  • Otoscopic Exam
  • Re-Test the patient to check if any of their hearing has changed
  • Clean the hearing devices
  • Perform any other tasks to better assist the patient

Adjustments

  • We have multiple software programs to help turn up, down, or tweak different hearing devices for individuals
  • We don’t have every single software, but we can always see what we can do
